This one is an oldie in my portfolio, going back to January of 2006 for the Olympic games. As we are generally pretty conservative on page 1 of the Rutland Herald (especially at the time this page was published) this page was a chance to make a big splash with a big event for the area, as Teter is from nearby Belmont, Vt. I chose to have Teter break out of the box of the package and into the flag of the paper and placed the headline on the blue background of the sky. Overall, a success.
