Instant Buzz Machine

In a followup to my post about building SEO through Digg and my project proposal that would create a network for people to digg and Twitter, I have a new idea.
Wrapping my head around the technical aspects of this is difficult because I don't yet have a strong grasp of php, but the idea is to create an interface that someone could tweet from 100 different, real, Twitter accounts - each with just the press of a button. Basically, if you wanted to create some buzz, you could go there and fire off all these tweets and give the impression that there are a lot of people talking about your site.
The hardest step would probably be to write a whole bunch of tweets so they weren't all exactly the same. This would help avoid the spammy look. Imagine if someone had a typo or mis-spelling. Nobody would believe that 100 people had the same typo, right?
Ultimately, if I can get the php to work and can swing the interface into something usable, I might try to grow it well beyond 100 accounts. I think some real fun would be to try to use this to get into the trending topics if that is possible. Could 150-300 tweets do that? I'm not sure, but it sure would be fun to try.
On a side note, if you know php and would like to be involved in this project, drop me a line. I could use a little help and the result might be something really useful.
